Patient Support and Customer Care

Our patient support and customer care professionals will help your patients through the complexities of medical insurance claims and billing. All patient support services are included as part of our standard offering- there are no additional fees for postage, phone calls, etc. Our patient support services provide:

Patient Invoicing- Qualitech offers a verity of patient invoice designs to choose from. All are easy to read and offer detailed information on payments status, summary adjustments, balance due, etc. Qualitech work with your practice to ensure that all statements sent from our office to yours meet your satisfaction.

Weekly Invoice Mailings- Patient statements are sent out on a weekly basis – usually just a few days from the date of receipt of the claims from your practice. Weekly mailings, as opposed to monthly batches, reduce patient payment turnaround significantly. Reminder statements are sent 30, 60 and 90 days from the original mailing if payment is not received timely.

Customer Care Support for Patient Inquiries- Your patients will communicate directly with Qualitech's Customer Care professionals via phone or email for questions about their invoices- giving your staff more time to focus on providing patients care instead of answering the phone. Safeguards are in place to ensure that the privacy/confidentiality of your patients records and information are not compromised.

Payment Plans- Qualitech provides installment payment plans and can send out regular monthly invoices for installment payers. We'll work with your practice to set the guidelines for installment payers, which can be handle based on individual cases.

Collection on Past Due Recovery- Qualitech will go the extra distance including teaming up with third-party collections agencies in the event that further action is required to obtain a patient payment. We consider each situation on a case-by-case basis and make sure that all options are exhausted, and then notify your practice before sending a claim to an outside agency.
